2016-2022 Supply of 600,000 t/a Extrusion Granulation Lines for Three Major Petrochemical Companies

Between 2016 and 2022, our company supplied multiple sets of large-scale extrusion granulation production lines to three major domestic petrochemical enterprises, with a total cumulative annual production capacity of 600,000 tons. These production lines are mainly used for the extrusion granulation process of polyolefin products, meeting the customers' requirements for large-scale and continuous industrial production.

• All production lines were designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national petrochemical equipment manufacturing standards and customer technical specifications.

• Adopted modular design and manufacturing technology to shorten on-site installation cycles and improve equipment interchangeability.

• Core components including screw elements, barrels and high-torque gearboxes were independently developed and produced by our company.

• Provided full-process technical support including on-site installation guidance, commissioning and operator training.

All supplied production lines have been successfully put into operation and maintained stable operation up to now. Key performance indicators such as production capacity, product quality and energy consumption have met the design requirements. No major equipment failures have occurred during the operation period, providing reliable equipment support for the customers' production capacity improvement.

The successful implementation of this project has further verified our company's technical strength and engineering delivery capability in the field of large-scale extrusion granulation equipment, and accumulated valuable experience for the development and application of higher-capacity petrochemical extrusion granulation production lines.
